Industry 4.0 and the use of Technologies to slow the spread of COVID-19

ELCO Solutions teams presented to the Minister the Safety Body Controller 19 (SBC-19), a system created to slow the spread of Corona Virus.
Safety Body Controller 19
In order to prevent from infection and to slow transmission of COVID-19, the Safety Body Controller 19 (SBC-19) has been designed and developed by our ELCO-Solutions team in collaboration with our partner SEA Group.
The Safety Body Controller 19 (SBC-19) is a non-contact temperature assessment device that ca be used to measure a person's temperature within a 0.5 Meter distance. An elevated temperature is one way to identify a person who may have a COVID-19 infection, although an infected person may be contagious without an elevated temperature or other easily detectable symptoms.
The systems also checks wether people are wearing masks in public settings. Masks are recommended as a simple barrier to help prevent respiratory droplets from traveling into the air and onto other people when the person wearing the mask coughs, sneezes, talks, or raises their voice.
The Safety Body Controller 19 (SBC-19) comes as a company social responsibility product in order to protect persons lives and to slow down contamination.
